The 1969 Cross Country team came within one point of an undefeated untied season, losing only once (28-29) to E.F.A. The Vikings won the Stueben County League Championship and scored a shutout over arch-rival East. Senior Tom Winnie, (shown in picture at right), was undefeated in dual meets. He won the county championship, and was fifth in the sectionals, and forty-sixth in the state.
    Other graduation seniors are Ted Hitchens, Ed Griffin, Mark Walker, Eric Parks, Bob Maurer, Tom Finneran, Tim Smith and Ken Turner.
