Wilkins and Mr. Howard, the Track team has a successful season.
Outstanding in their events were Rick Stirpe, undefeated hurdler
in dual meets and winner on the County Championship. Tom
Winnie and Ted Hitchens, in the mile and two mile, continually
outdistanced the opposing runners. Dave Whitten broke school
records in the discuss and Skip Bonomo and Mark Miraglia paced the
team in the pole vault. . . In the long jump, John Kerr and Eric
Park consistently placed. |
