This Old Squaw Drake was sold on ebay in 2001. I have placed the text from the owners email message;.
"The squaw drake arrived today in perfect shape. I can, in now way,
adequately sing its praises. It is truly a masterpiece. Your words, "work
of art" are probably the only ones which can describe this extraordinary
creation. It is, by far, the finest of the many decoys and carved wildfowl
and birds that I own. And, I have some very nice ones.
I would love to believe that the day will come that my retirement income will allow me to add another of these
extraordinary creations to my collection.
